We will provide free of charge, through mail or email, a prepaid shipping label and packaging within 72 hours. If you would just like the label please indicate whether you would like to receive it by mail(USPS) or by email(you must have access to a printer in order to print a shipping label).

Please state the model number of your device, when first contacting us, and we will provide instructions on how to wipe all data from the device.
